Orders are shipped from rural England once a week, usually on Thursdays.
Orders are shipped via the standard Royal Mail service; therefore, there is no tracking number. To receive a tracking number, please use the contact page swiftly after placing your order to request one. An additional fee for this service will then be added to your order. December & January Break as travelling to Japan:
* Orders placed between December 23rd 2025, and January 2nd 2026, will be shipped on Saturday, January 3rd. If you have received an email stating that it is shipped at a date before 3/01/2026, please ignore this, as this is the packing date; all shipping is to take place on the 3rd.
* Orders placed between January 3rd and January 9th 2026, will be shipped on Saturday, January 10th.
* Orders placed between January 10th and January 28th 2026, will be shipped on Thursday, January 29th.
From then on, regular shipping every Thursday will resume. Many thanks for your support.
